Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria and is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, while there is no restocking fee, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is processed and accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same condition requirements as mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.
